For others its an illusion
Saints by their presence give peace to others

He never goes again in illusion
When you need him the most, he protects you
Your mind has been changed
wrong thoughts go ...and He remains
Then you understand real devotion...always thinking of Him
..and not of yourself
By real devotion you will get every proof of realization
He acquires this world and the other

realsn of Truth impossible by M rendered gross by darkness, tamas and restless by activity.
because truth is exceedingly subtle and serene.

Then transformation of M into solid tamas inert matter and restlesness rajas will cease.
then M regains it's subtlety , composure
S can manifest only in a M rendered subtle and steady by assiduous meditation.

Sense of doer = bondage. Not the doing

There is an absolute self from which a spark proceeds as from a fire.
The spark is called the ego.
ignorant man identifies itself simultaneously with it's rise.
He cannot remain independent of such association with objects.
This association = Adnyana
it's destruction = object of our efforts.
If it's objectifying tendency is killed it remains pure.
Also, it merges in it's source.

by searching for truth, 1st person destroyed
2nd, 3rd will cease to exist.
then one's own nature will shine as Self.

Self Enquiry practice
1:00 feeling ceases to connect and identify with objects...it completely vanishes
...what remains is ...a state .where the individuality has temporarily ceased to operate.
intermittent at first then easier and easier to maintain.
when se reaches this state there is an effortless aware of being...individual effort not possible...as I has temporarily ceased to exist.
it is not se as i thought periodically re- asserts itself.
repeated experience of this state of being weakens the vasanas and destroys them.
...the mental tendencies to rise...loosens the hold, grasp
power of Self destroys the mental tendencies..then the I thought never rises again
this is the final and irreversible state of self realsn

period extends by practice ..how long M stays in heart?
efforts must be made to eradiate the vasanas

All scriptures: for attaining salvation : M must be subdued. So futile to study scriptures.

to keep the M constantly turned within and abide thus in the Self alone = atma vichara = self enquiry.
Dhyana is fervent contemplation of Self or Satchitananda

sense of being doer = bondage ...not the actions themselves
be still and realise you are god
here, stillness = total surrender without a vestige of individuality
if unripe M doesn't feel god's grace, that doesn't mean it is absent
grace not outside you. the very desire for grace = grace
no individual act of bestowing grace.
subsidence or merging of the M complete, the grace gushes forth
sprouting like a spring within you.

search for origin of ego. Dive into the heart.
then no need for sushumna, 6 centres etc
when draws the M inwards ...only then complete surrender achieved.
effacement of ego = surrender of Self

mixed C ..(i am that etc) is ego
place of rising of ego = place of annihilation of ego....not an experience of a place of the body.
dull intellect...no idea of even a remote understanding paroksha dnyan (intellectual) .....of the Nature of the Self.

No one succeeds without patience and perseverance.
mature M will go directly to control of M and not breath
when real nature of kundalini shakti known ...it is called Akhanda kara vritti or unbroken C
